Make it into slope intercept form
16x = 4y + 2
4y = 16x - 2
Divide by 4
Y = 4x -1/2
Since the equation is linear, find 3 points and plot them
(0, -1/2), (1, 3.5), (-1, -4.5)
And lastly, draw a line through them
