Answer:

Starving means that you have no food and you physically and mentally arr going bad, and you could possibly die. Hungry usually means that yout craving something. :)

I'm pretty sure starving means like dying of hunger vs. hungry, which just means you need food, you desire it, but you're not dying or in pain or anything like that
