Leptin is best described as a hormone that induces feelings of satiety.

What is Leptin?

This is referred to a hormone which is proteinous and manufactured by adipose cells and enterocytes in the small intestine.

This hormone can also be referred to as a fat controller as it helps to induces feelings of satiety, or fullness when eating  which makes it the most appropriate choice.
