3x+5y=2 (1)
9x+11y=14 (2)

multiply equation (1) by 3
9x + 15y = 6

so
9x + 15y = 6 (1')
9x + 11y =14 (2)
-------------------------subtract
4y = -8
 y = -2

3x+5y =2
3x+5(-2) =2
3x - 10 = 2
3x = 12
x = 4

answer
(4, -2)
