Hey there!
The Greek Gods were created because they were responsible for almost every aspect of life. They were unique because they each controlled a certain part of the world, or a certain feeling or event. For example, Aphrodite is the god of love, and Hades is the god of the Underworld and the dead.
Hope this helps!
