You add all of the sides of the rhombus together to get a total of 36 in. You then use the 8in on the side of the half circle and multiply it by pi or 3.14 to get 25.12. You then multiply that by 1/2 to get 12.56. Add that to the 36in to get 48.56 as your final answer.
